Do you ship worldwide?

Great news – we ship to most countries across Europe, the Americas and a lot of Asia. Unfortunately there are some countries we don't currently ship to and if you don't see your country do drop us a line at Customer Service. Please refer to the delivery costs page to see the time it takes to ship your product.

We strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or local courier operations. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is managed by their service. We'll always provide tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes. An email will be sent notifying you when your order has been dispatched with full tracking details.
All orders are tracked and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Will I pay duties & taxes?

All international orders have UK VAT Tax (20%) automatically removed from the price. Therefore your order may be liable for import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Can my order be sent to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be sent to more than one location, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Can I change my delivery address after I place my order?

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. Once dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email confirming delivery details and tracking number.
