Returns

To make a return or exchange within 60 days follow these 3 steps:-
2) Fill in the form and return the item/s to us in there original condition with tags and seal intact. Please include the returns form.  
3) You should expect to pay the postage for the return to our UK warehouse. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return all items. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, damaged or stolen.


To cancel an order:-

Please contact customerservice@otisbatterbee.com as soon as possible, unfortunately once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel and you will have to go through the general returns process. 

To return a faulty item:-

It's rare but if you find your item is faulty please email customerservice@otisbatterbee.com, the team will talk you through the process. 

Refunds Policy

We will refund the full value of any products purchased. Simply return within 60 days of purchase and unless faulty, your items are returned to us in their original condition with tags intact and the seal intact. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
