Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible should you need to change the delivery address.

  • Orders made by 12.00 GMT will be despatched the same working day.

  • If the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.

  • All orders are tracked and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All Otis Batterbee products have been made to the highest standards and we pride ourselves on the quality of all our products. We will happily accept returns provided they are in original condition with box and tags intact.

How to make a return within 30 days...

Otis Batterbee is happy to exchange or refund any item that doesn’t entirely meet your satisfaction within 30 days. Please contact Customer Service for a returns form. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return all items. Please note Otis Batterbee does not offer a free returns policy and you should expect to pay postage for the delivery of all items to Otis Batterbee. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, damaged or stolen.

Returns Policy

If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item. Please contact for a returns form. Please ensure that this form is enclosed with your return, and that you have stated the reason why the product(s) are being returned. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation. If the exchanged item you requested is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Return of Sale Items

For sale items purchased online, please inform customer service within 7 working days of receipt of goods that you wish to return for a refund. Please obtain an authorization number and return it within 14 days. We do not accept returns for exchange or credit on any sale items after 14 days.
